Admin's are here to uphold the honor of the services provided. They are the last resort in the chain of elements. Admin's will show respect for all Employees and Players and will enforce the rules set forth for it players. The Admin's have the final call in banning and removing players from the game. The Admin's will back their GM's and GS's within reason.
GM's are here to back the GS's who are out in game helping the player's with normal day to day grind. The GM's are to go between the GS's and Admin's in cases of Fighting, Cheating, Harassment, and so on. The Gm's will show respect to any and all Player's and Staff. The GM's are responsible for maintaining the in game enviroment, they will do the best they can to solve any problem's that arise that the GS's are not equipped to handle. They are final steps before reaching the admin's.
GS's are the first line within the game that will be able to assist player's with the basic needs in game, if there are issues that need to be the GS's right away and if necessary they will escalate them up the chain as needed. The GS's will respect each and every Player and Staff member. If there are Question's or Concerns the GS's will bring them to the GM's and Admin's and they will be Discussed and a compromise will be reached.
For all Employees of destruction Krew there will not be any form of Harassment, Disrespect, Inappropriate Language or Name calling that would affend anyone no matter the Sex, Race, and age of player's. This server is a Mature server so we will act responsible and with dignity. GS's and GM's will answer to the Admins for any infraction of the rules and a decision will be made as to what the punishment will be. There will not be any form of recruitment for other server's allowed in this game as this is a betryal of the server and will result in an instant Ban, you may go to other server's and recruit people for us though.
